Cake, anyone?

Aren't they adorable? (I can just see the guys rolling their eyes, about now) :-D
We had fun putting this together tonight. It's a 9x13 cake, cut and decorated into two "flip-flops".

Cool! I love decorating cakes, but I never thought of that!
I'm not that creative. I would have no problem eating them however if I were assured of the fact that they were new sandles and had not been previously worn.
That's very neat. I bet your brothers had a good time decorating it...I wouldn't be surprised if they picked out the cake to make!JK ;)

Yes, they were "just for fun". There was no special occasion! We thought about doing a purse also, but haven't tried that yet....

By the way, how did you get the cakes to be flip-flop shaped? I can't imagine you just happened to have flip-flop pans lying around... :D

Those are sooo cute! I've done a purse but never tried flip flops!
