Homemade apple sauce - "Simply the best!"

I was the official "handle cranker" for the apple sauce processing while mom did the honours of being the dipper/pourer.

My sweet sister Lizzy sweetens up the quite tart apple sauce which our whole family will enjoy for the next few months :O)

Introduction to a traditional summer treat!

Connor eyeing his first chance at eating his own corn cob.

"Forget risks! Let's see how this thing tastes!!"

"My that was good!...Now if I could just figure out how to get these pesky pieces of corn out from between my teeth!!"

PCC Praise Group Tour 2006

Rick and his quartet at one of their stops among the many churches that they have visited this summer.

Tim (the bass) in the Empire State Building in New York
(Check out how small the skyscrapers in the background look!!)

Piano player Johnny Mac and baritone Todd goofing off at a farmhouse along the way. What I want to know is,...Where did they find that pitchfork!?!?
(Sorry to say, but Todd doesn't make a very good farmers wife! :-)

The whole clan from left to right: THE BEST!! - Rick, Their group leader - Brent, Tenor - Daniel, Pianist - Johnny Mac, Baritone - Todd, Bass - Tim.

No,...Rick hasn't lost all of his wacky sense of humor by going to college for a year and becoming a "serious" college student, He's still very much himself!!!

American Window Cleaning Service..."The Best!"

I had worked for a few years for Rick's window cleaning business, but when he left for college down in Florida, I decided to take it over as a side source of income. Although I haven't expanded the customer base very much, I plan to make it more active next summer when I have more time to devote to it. I really enjoy the light exercise of window cleaning after working in my office for awhile and you can't beat the good feeling of looking through a window that is perfectly clear!!

Here's a pic of me getting the approval of a passing pedestrian. (JK!)
