You can just try to imagine keeping 16 active boys busy for 24 hours!!
Matthew, Mr. Arnold and I were kept busy with manning the video cameras and keeping the boys going on their different missions. We also had the help of some of the boy's dads for keeping everybody on the right track.
But it ran very well, much to the joy of the planners of this military endeavour!
The time was spent mainly in running pre-planned missions including the following: Mission Medivac, Kill The General, Mission War, Capture The Flag and Battlefield Charlie.
The teams were divided into two eight man teams titled "Team Bravo" and "Team Delta".
At the end of the day when all the scores were tallied, it was close, but the winning team was............drum roll please!.......dududuududududu......................TEAM BRAVO!!!
Anyway,....way to go guys, you all did great!! Winning or losing, all the boys kept their attitudes pretty well under control.
I still wonder what anybody would have thought though.....if they had seen all these minature army guys running around with advanced "assualt" weapons. :o)
It was an awesome day though....and all the boys went home throughly tired out and with a bunch of great memories!

Hey Jack,
Woah that looks so awesome!! Who provided all the gear and guns?
Also, how did you keep track of when you were hit and such? Did you have like a sound alert when you were hit or a vibrator or what?
Thanks for adding the latter 2 posts...................the first one alone had left me hanging. :)
David,
Mr. Arnold was kind enought o provide all the gear and guns for the day.
And yes, a sound like man getting hit by a bullet sounds every time someone shoots you...and when your last life is taken...the gun starts making a screaming sound...very cool!! They are completely computer chip run...and they are great!
Sorry Courtney!
That's really interesting because I remember seeing a show our Grandmother taped for us (we don't get TV :) about how the military uses laser weapons for training which look very similar to the ones you guys had.
In any event, that's gotta be a whole lot less painful than paintball. :)
Howdy, that laser tag looks like a lot of fun. I'm a paintballer, but the place where I play has laser tag too... and the police use it one day a month for practice! I like the idea of doing a whole day and a half. Did you play at night too?
