High Speed Photography

An air soft pellet right before impact...



Milk makes an interesting subject...

Splashdown for a small steel marble...


Old Abe goes for a dive...
Catching the rebound off the bottom of the bowl....
Handful of airsoft BBs making a ripple....
A large nail just entering the bowl...

Everything! :o)

Luke was my trusty assistant for the high speed shots.
(We got this photo by leaving the shutter open for 10 seconds and shooting the flash twice to get the double exposure.)

That's really something that you got the Airsoft pellet right before it hit! What would really be neat would be if you got a shot of a paintball in the act of bursting on impact!! :)
