Family night while Mama and Aunt Mimi were here.

Babysitting nieces and nephews.
Mindy and Katie Belle (cousin) at James and Sammy's wedding.
We claim most of these guys as our amazing cousins! ;)
I graduated!!! (whoot-whoot!)
Can't you tell I'm ready to graduate? :)

Some friends came in for the graduation reception at church (thanks girls!)
We were so surprised and happy when they showed up!

We have had a lot going on lately! Among other things we went out to Iowa for Grandpa Eddy's funeral, Mindy took a trip to Florida with Rick and Liz, we had the Gellos family here for a few days, and we were able to attend a senior recital of a friend up in Wisconsin.
Here are a few pictures to document these events.
Our great, big Eddy clan! God has really blessed us in the family that we have!

Abby and Kaity insisted on a picture with the retro car... it was really beautiful!

This girl went to Florida and enjoyed it immensely!

"Did you say we are going to Disney World???" :)

Mindy's favorite part of the parades was the American float.
It was lights in the form of the American flag (above), with an eagle at the end (below).

Rick T, Molly, Mindy, and I were able to go up for Andrew Sikma's senior recital.
He did a fantastic job!
We went out to eat afterwards and got some good talk time in! :)

Christmas/Grandma's Birthday Surprise!

~Christmas Morning!~
Christmas Morning at Grandma's always starts with Cherry and Blueberry Rolls, and Sticky Buns...
definitely a favorite tradition of all Eddy side of the Family!
The Youngs came in to Iowa a few days before the surprise, and we greatly enjoyed the extra time with them. (Table games were definitely a favorite)
We were able to meet Roger's fiancee, and enjoyed getting to know her. (they became engaged on Christmas day!)

The day of the big surprise!!
Excitement building as we waited for Grandma to appear around the corner!
~Game time!~
Mindy, Melody, Molly, A.J., and Timmy.
This is what happens when half the people don't want their picture taken. ;)
 ~Smiles~
There was an abundance of little kids there, and it was a challenge to keep all their names straight. :)
Riding Grandma's bus route on Sunday morning was a very cold but pleasant experience.
A few of the girls remembered me from our last visit. (thank goodness I remembered them as well!)
 Grandma and I.
At the end of the visit we all sang together, it was one of the highlights of the trip!
Can't believe how fast the time went, but we enjoyed every minute of it.
That's all for now...
Have a wonderful week!

Connecticut Vacation!

I loved being able to go out to Connecticut for two weeks. Thank you to everyone who made my trip so enjoyable!
Hanging out with the cousins was a blast! I was able to go ice skating with Aunt Pam and Alyssa - had so much fun!
Aunt Mimi, Kelly, and I went to Mystic Aquarium, and it was fascinating! I could have spent hours in there!
We also went to Mystic Village. There were so many little shops, I couldn't resist grabbing pictures of the signs. I thought they were so neat!
To this Illinois girl, the hills/mountains were so beautiful!
And for all of you who didn't know this, it was my first time to fly! Unfortunately,
I didn't get a window seat, and the lady next to me pulled the window covers down almost as soon as she sat down. :)
